We have been serving the Tampa Bay community for over ten years.We pride ourselves on taking excellent care of our clients and making them feel involved in their projects from the instant they step through our doors. After all it is your residence or place of work we are designing. Your input is always welcome. Our philosophy emphasizes communication between clients, architects, engineers, interior designers and contractors.
Our firm is LEED certified to provide Energy Efficient design for your project. We have also been awarded the prestigious US Green Building Council certification
Our fee for Interior Design Services is based on the square footage of the project and the extent of our involvement you will need to complete the project. Our Architectural/Engineering fee for simple projects is based either on the construction budget or the square footage of the proposed area. Most projects are quoted a lump sum fee unless the scope of the work is unkown in which case the fee is based on a hourly rate.
