We pride ourselves in taking excellent care of our clients and your input is always welcome. Our philosophy emphasizes communication between clients, architects, engineers, interior designers and contractors. Our firm is LEED certified to provide Energy Efficient design for your project.  
 
In the times of econimic uncertainlty we are offering reduced design. Since June 2011 we have been pffering Design Only services. For example for a small and simple project we provide full size set of plans for a lump sum fee. You can take those plans to your own builder (or one of our partners) and they can simply apply for a permit for you. This is the most cost effective way to get high end design for a low price.

Our fee for Interior Design Services is based on the square footage of the project. Our Architectural/Engineering fee for simple projects is based on the square footage of the proposed area. Most projects are quoted a lump sum fee this way you know when you are planning the project what the Architec's fee will be.
